LandIt uses essential browser storage to make the service work and to remember your cookie choice. We only load Google Analytics after you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner.

Essential storage

Essential storage is needed for basic site operation, security, checkout/session continuity, and remembering whether you accepted or declined analytics. This storage does not need consent because the site cannot work properly without it.

• Cookie preference: landit_cookie_consent, stored in your browser local storage so we can remember your choice.
• CV optimiser session data may be stored temporarily in your browser while you use the service.
• Payment and security providers may use essential cookies or similar technology to complete checkout and protect the service.

Optional analytics cookies

If you accept analytics, LandIt loads Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage, and whether the website is working well. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and related measurement cookies. We configure analytics with IP anonymisation and do not send CV text, job descriptions, generated CV content, or payment details to analytics.

Vercel analytics and speed insights

LandIt also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure aggregate page performance and usage. These tools are intended to provide privacy-friendly, aggregate site metrics rather than tracking the contents of your CV or job description.

Changing your choice

You can change your cookie choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. This resets your saved choice and shows the banner again. Choosing Essential only stops LandIt from loading Google Analytics and attempts to remove existing Google Analytics cookies for this domain.
